1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using iamnotastalker, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What iamnotastalker Provides

iamnotastalker is an editorial guide to real-world filming locations, Hollywood history, entertainment-related places, and related stories. The app may let you browse, search, view maps, save locations on your device, share links, and open directions in a third-party mapping app.

The app is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee that any location, address, access note, map position, story, image, production detail, or other content is complete, current, accurate, safe to visit, or publicly accessible.

3. Safety, Access, and Respect for Property

You are responsible for your own conduct when using the app or visiting any place shown in the app. You agree that you will not:

• trespass on private property;
• enter restricted, unsafe, closed, or non-public areas;
• harass, follow, threaten, photograph, record, or disturb residents, workers, visitors, public figures, or anyone else;
• interfere with businesses, homes, productions, traffic, emergency services, or public spaces;
• use the app for stalking, surveillance, doxxing, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

Some locations may be private homes, sensitive places, or places that are not appropriate to visit. Any “visitability,” access, safety, or directions information is provided as general guidance only. You must obey all laws, signs, rules, and property owner instructions.

4. Location Services

The app may request access to your device location only when you choose a feature that needs it, such as finding filming locations near you. You can deny or disable location access in your device settings.

iamnotastalker is not an emergency service, navigation safety service, or real-time tracking service. Do not rely on the app for emergency assistance, road safety, hazard warnings, or precise navigation.

5. Saved Locations and Recent Searches

The app may let you save locations and keep recent searches on your device. The current version does not require an account and does not provide cloud sync for saved locations or recent searches. If you delete the app, change devices, or clear app data, this information may be lost.

6. Accounts, Submissions, and User Content

The current version of iamnotastalker does not offer public user accounts, comments, ratings, social features, or user-submitted locations. If these features are added in the future, additional terms may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, design, text, photographs, graphics, logos, software, and editorial content are owned by iamnotastalker or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, modify, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app or its content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

8. Third-Party Content and Services

The app may display or link to content, data, websites, APIs, maps, directions, or services provided by third parties, including WordPress-hosted content, mapping services, and entertainment metadata providers.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, policies, availability, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. App Store Terms

If you download iamnotastalker through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including Apple’s App Store rules and any end user license terms that apply to the app.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: http://iamnotastalker.com/terms/app.

The Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what choices you have.

11. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law or through a reasonable method, such as updating the effective date or providing notice in the app.

Your continued use of the app after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we believe you have violated these Terms, used the app unlawfully, created risk for others, or interfered with the app or its services.

You may stop using the app at any time and may delete it from your device.

13. Disclaimers

The app and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or free from harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iamnotastalker and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, trespass claims, travel costs, or other losses related to your use of or inability to use the app.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iamnotastalker and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your conduct at or near any location shown in the app.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
