You can change or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.
Saved Locations
If you save a location in the app, that saved location is stored on your device. Saved locations may include details such as the location title, image URL, city, address details, and coordinates for displaying the saved place in the app.
The current version does not require an account and does not sync saved locations to our servers.
Recent Searches
The app may store your recent searches on your device so you can quickly return to them. Recent searches are not tied to an account in the current version.
Device and App Information
The app may automatically process basic technical information needed to operate the app, load content, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, or maintain security. This may include app version, device type, operating system version, network request information, and similar technical data.
Information You Send Us
If you contact us by email or another support channel, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, and any related support details.
3. Information We Do Not Collect in the Current Version
The current version of iamnotastalker does not require user accounts. It does not offer public comments, ratings, social feeds, user-submitted locations, or user-submitted photos.
The app does not sell your personal information.
The app does not use your location for real-time tracking, advertising targeting, or background location monitoring.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide app features, including nearby location discovery, search, saved locations, maps, stories, and sharing;
- display editorial content, images, location details, and entertainment metadata;
- improve app reliability, performance, safety, and security;
- respond to support requests or other messages you send us;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
5. Third-Party Services
iamnotastalker uses third-party services and data sources to provide app content and features. These may include:
- Hosted editorial content from iamnotastalker;
- location metadata services operated for iamnotastalker;
- entertainment metadata services;
- The TMDB API;
- Apple services and device features;
- mapping or directions apps when you choose to open directions.
When you use third-party services, they may process information under their own privacy policies. For example, if you open directions in a mapping app, that mapping provider may receive and process the destination and related usage information.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Saved locations and recent searches stored on your device remain there until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
Support messages and related communications may be retained as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, improve support, or comply with legal obligations.
Technical records, if collected, are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, diagnostics, and legal compliance.
8. Your Choices
You can:
- use most app features without granting location permission;
- allow, deny, or revoke location access in your device settings;
- delete saved locations in the app, where available;
- clear recent searches in the app, where available;
- uninstall the app to remove app data stored locally on your device;
- contact us with privacy questions or requests.
9. Children’s Privacy
iamnotastalker is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no app, network, device, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. International Users
