When sightseeing:

• Respect residents, businesses, employees, and other visitors.
• Avoid photographing or recording people where they expect privacy.
• Keep noise to a minimum and leave every location as you found it.

Addresses, access conditions, and neighborhood circumstances can change. Use good judgment and leave the area if a location cannot be viewed safely, respectfully, and lawfully.
