I’ve got a new one for you Lindsay! The house from the original Poison Ivy movie. I don’t know much about it, other than it is in LA (really narrows it down!) I’ve heard it’s in Bel Air, but I also have heard it’s near Griffith Park. Not sure where to even begin! Here’s a screencap of it:

And it also has a balcony that is heavily featured in the movie.

Terri, any way you could be more specific? I’m not sure where the Oaks section is.
I figured out where that area is, I’m going to just have to look around hoping I can find it. If you have more details, please share!

How funny Terri, you must’ve posted this about 5 minutes after I found it myself by looking at aerial maps! Oh well, something satisfying about tracking it down on my own 😉 Hope Lindsay can do a post about this someday – the house is even more beautiful than it appears in the movie & still looks the same. I found some incredible photos on real estate listing sites! The exact address is 2208 W Live Oak Drive
Too funny, I read on the imdb message boards that it was in the Oaks section, so I just found it too using google earth!! I found it from street view looking for the address across the street fom the house. In the movie there was a lion decoration sitting on a brick wall.I found the brick wall and the address, turned around and there it was!!
I keep forgetting to ask if you had any stalking info for the Shows “Scrubs” and “Greys Anatomy”, as well as where Keanu Reeves residence is?

Grey’s Anatomy
The exterior and the really large interiors are shot at the US Veterans Hospital, 16111 Plummer St., North Hills, CA 91343. The interiors are shot at ABC’s Prospect Studios in Los Feliz, right beside the soundstages for General Hospital.
And Meredith’s house is located at 303 Comstock St., Seattle, WA.

I also forgot to ask if you knew where Dwights Beet Farm is located? My head is spinning as I used to live in Van Nuys and the show is filmed there! I’m in Northern Cal now, actually grew up not to far from where you did… In San Bruno and Pacifica 🙂

Dwight’s Beet Farm is located at Disney’s Golden Oak Ranch in Valencia, CA.

The “lake” was actually Falls Lake on the Universal backlot.
No – it was actually Malibou Lake in Agoura Hills. 🙂 According to fellow stalker Owen, who had fellow stalker Chas call up the episode’s location manager, “Michael and Dwight were heading east on Lake Vista Drive, about to turn south/right on East Lake Shore Drive.”
Ah, I must be thinking of a different Office episode then.
The hospital where Jim & Pam had their baby. Pam was sitting outside waiting for JIm when Cecelia finally decided to nurse.
Let me look into that one, although I don’t think it was at an actual hospital. It looked like it might have been an office building or something. Will let you know if I find anything. 🙂

Ok Lindsay, I have to ask, what did you think of The Hills Finale and the way they ended it? Id love to hear others opinions also!
I thought it was a bit anti-climatic for being the series finale, you know? Nothing really happened and I think the whole Brody/Kristin thing has been over-played. But I LOVED LOVED LOVED the very final scene where the camera pulls away and you see that Brody and Kristin are on a studio backlot. Do you think producers were admitting the whole show was fake or just making a sort of tongue-in-cheek closing??? I think they were admitting it was fake, which I love! 🙂
I think they were both admitting it wasn’t totally real AND saying “ha! ha!”. I think it was really clever. But I’m with you, the rest of the episode was blah.
Hey i know your a new fan of “the office” and working through the dvds, so pretty please when you reach season 5 episode(im not sure) its called “lecture circuit” (i think it may be an hour long epi). pam and michael stop in at a cafe?resturant that looks mom and pop to me. i think its so cute. im sure its near all the other the office locations. please and thank you! 🙂

Where is the Target used in the 1991 film Career Opportunities?
This is one of my favorite movies.
After much digging, I found out that the Target used was a converted Richway store in the Atlanta area (Target store T378 from the movie credits.) Many bloggers put it on Covington Hwy in Decatur. Pretty sure the Target used is now a church at 4000 Covington Hwy, Decatur, GA. A few people remember the movie filming there.
I haven’t seen this one yet. Will have to rent it!
